How the 'Get
Paid to Surf' schemes work
All of the schemes listed work in basically the same way. You
simply sign up for an account with them, and download a small
piece of software that displays an advertising banner whenever
you are online, (click on Adbar demo to see what each one is like).
You can have it on or turn it off whenever you like but all the
time you have it displayed you will be earning money. A typical
amount is about $0.50 or £0.35 per hour. However your earnings
don't stop there. If you refer a friend to the scheme then you
will also be getting paid for the time that they are online,
typically about 20% of the hourly rate. It doesn't stop here either.
Some of the schemes support up to 6 levels of referral, so you
are earning money from a friend of a friend of a friend of a friend.
If everyone involved tells 3 people each you could have up to
200 people earning money for you.
